About The Opportunity

Operating within the fast-growing Information Technology services sector, we deliver end-to-end software engineering, digital transformation, and data solutions for global enterprises. Our on-site development teams specialise in building scalable Python applications that power mission-critical workflows across finance, retail, and logistics. By blending robust engineering standards with agile delivery, we turn complex business challenges into secure, high-performance products.
Role & Responsibilities

Design, code, and optimise server-side Python modules, microservices, and CLI tools.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Django or Flask, ensuring security, scalability, and version control.
Model data structures, craft efficient SQL queries, and manage migrations across PostgreSQL/MySQL back-ends.
Write unit, integration, and performance tests; conduct peer code reviews to uphold quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to translate user stories into production-ready features.
Troubleshoot live issues, profile performance bottlenecks, and deploy fixes through CI/CD pipelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3–6 years of professional Python development experience in Linux environments.
Hands-on expertise with Django or Flask framework and REST API design principles.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases plus ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and software design patterns.
Fluency with Git workflows, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.

Preferred

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka and asynchronous programming (Celery, asyncio).
Knowledge of front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for end-to-end collaboration.
