Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive product training modules—both live and recorded—for internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Create and maintain a wide range of training and support materials, including product documentation, user manuals, how-to videos, FAQs, and onboarding guides, in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and refresher training to support adoption of new product features and releases.
• Gather and analyze user and stakeholder feedback to refine training content and improve delivery methods continuously.
• Work closely with Product and Support teams to stay current with product updates, feature enhancements, and known issues.
• Lead technical workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to build product proficiency across audiences.
• Manage and maintain a centralized knowledge base or Learning Management System (LMS) for streamlined access to training content.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and relevant performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product training, technical education, or related roles in the IT or B2B SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of software products, web/mobile applications, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for varied audiences.
• Proficient in using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, MS PowerPoint, Camtasia, or other training tools.
• Experience working with LMS platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in training, instructional design, or technical communication.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience in customer-facing training or pre-sales support is a bonus.
