Full Time
• Deliver engaging and comprehensive product training sessions to internal teams, partners, and end-users
• Develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, how-to videos, and documentation
• Customize training programs based on audiencetechnical/non-technical, internal/external
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, CSM, and Support teams to stay updated on new features
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for employees and clients
• Analyze feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery
• Help create a product learning path and certification for long-term enablement
• 2-5 years of experience in software product training or customer onboarding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
• Ability to simplify complex features into user-friendly language
• Strong understanding of SaaS or ERP-based products (Retail domain experience is a plus)
• Comfort with creating and managing training contentmanuals, videos, walkthroughs
• Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and engagement
