Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for insurance products to sales teams, agents, and customers.
Develop engaging presentation materials, such as slideshows, videos, and manuals to support product trainings.
Conduct regular follow-up sessions with trainees to ensure effective knowledge transfer and address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.

Job Requirements :

3-7 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.
Excellent presentation skills with ability to create engaging visual aids (e.g., slideshows).
Ability to work independently on projects from conception through delivery.
