To read more about IRIS visit our website: http://irisbusiness.com Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Location: Hyderabad (Office) Key Responsibilities: Product Marketing: Work with product and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis. Create compelling go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature/product launches. Develop sales enablement material: product decks, case studies, and battle cards. Train internal teams (sales/support) on product value propositions and updates. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with business goals Support event marketing, webinars, and product demos as needed Analyze and present campaign performance and product adoption reports to leadership Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 4–7 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing and/or product marketing. Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO tools, GA4, etc.). Proven ability to craft strategic messaging and drive customer engagement. Experience with A/B testing, marketing automation, and CRM tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think analytically and creatively to solve problems. Familiarity with SaaS or tech-driven products is an advantage. Nice to Have: Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment. Knowledge of user journey mapping and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude). Design/UX sensibility or experience collaborating closely with UI/UX teams. Qualification: UG + MBA in Digital Marketing (Preferred).
