Identify & pursue high-potential Indian brands ready for global expansion. Own the sales cycle – from prospecting to sealing the deal, you run the show. Engage C-level executives – Connect with decision-makers and show them why Locad is their perfect expansion partner. Outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) – Create and convert opportunities like a sales machine. Stay ahead of the game – Research industry trends, sales strategies, and innovative outreach methods. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailor-made solutions for clients. Crush your targets – We don’t believe in limits. The more you bring in, the more you earn. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred). A natural hustler – You love closing deals, chasing targets, and making things happen. Proven track record in high-value B2B sales, networking, and relationship building. HubSpot CRM expertise (or experience with similar tools). Proactive, ambitious, and self-driven – You don’t wait for opportunities; you create them. Strong negotiation & communication skills – You can win people over with words and strategy. Experience in social selling & email marketing is a big plus. Track market trends, competition, and opportunities to refine our strategy. Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Enable sales & marketing teams across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China, UAE, and the USA to sell more, sell better, and sell faster. Influence key metrics: Revenue, Profitability, ACV, Win Rate, Sales Pipeline. Drive initiatives such as: GTM narratives, sales enablement decks & training Win-loss & churn analysis to refine GTM strategy Competitive research & battle-cards High-value deal enablement Omnichannel demand gen campaigns & thought leadership content Product Enablement Help product teams build features that customers love and drive value from. Influence feature adoption, retention, and customer NPS . Familiarise yourself with all the services offered by Locad. Conduct market research to identify potential India-based consumer brands for geo expansion. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Locad's client base. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Outbound prospecting by both email, phone & Linkedin to generate new opportunities(businesses that can potentially expand from India to the SEA+AU market). Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team. Always looking to innovate and understand the best sales tools and methodologies. Uncover target companies and unique business challenges and identify relevant opportunities to deliver value through Locads services. Facilitate high-level conversations with senior executives at target accounts. Work effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver client-centric solutions. Work closely with Management to develop target lists, call strategies and messaging to generate opportunities for new business. Update tasks and contact details on Locads CRM. What you bring Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry. Proficiency in CRM software - (We use HubSpot). Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in using social media and email marketing tools for lead generation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and business challenges. Extensive sales experience, especially in networking, building relationships and closing deals.
