Position Summary: To be part of the Delphix’s SAAS team India and contribute to the development and evolvement of the SAAS solution – Delphix Compliance Service for Azure. The best run DevOps teams in the world choose Perforce. As part of a new product initiative we are looking to add Delphix support for PaaS and SaaS data sources. PaaS and SaaS data sources are becoming more ubiquitous as large enterprises are migrating to the public clouds. The goal is to create a hosted cloud-native solution to support orchestration and masking for privacy compliance of data sources like AWS Aurora/RDS, AzureSQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc. We have a world-class team, and we're looking for someone to come in and help build our new product offering. You will work on a cloud-native full software stack that consists of microservices, Kubernetes, REST API web services and a UI. You will work closely with Product Management, customers, and other engineering stakeholders (e.g. UX team) to design the new solution. You will also collaborate with other team members to deliver a high-scale, secure and maintainable service. Responsibilities: Participate in high level system design and implementation of significant new features. Create clean, well-tested code and deliver the highest quality software. Provide task estimates and accurately report progress as part of an Agile process. Proficiency with efficient algorithm design, data structures and design patterns. Peer-review the work of other software designers and mentor them Act as an advisor to the functional leaders Continuously review and make recommendations to improve processes, tools and implementation Architect, design and implement large components of the product Lead a team of engineers to deliver complex projects by defining structure in areas of uncertainty, identifying and expressing discrete deliverables, and managing interactions between different teams Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications Able to assess the impact of issues to identify and drive systematic improvements within an area Rapidly responds to time sensitive issues and proactively improves robustness of individual features. Works collect relevant data to come up with solutions and/or workarounds on complex, critical customer problems. Collaborate with other engineers to develop and enhance a wide range of static code analysis tools. May be required to support additional products/brands as needed. Develop features for the Delphix cloud-native product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code reviews Collaborate with stakeholders within Engineering, Product Management and others (e.g. UX) to maintain a high bar for quality Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10-14 years of experience developing scalable distributed software solutions Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database. Experience designing and creating cloud-native micro-services in a public cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP) Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and applications. Strong hands-on programming in Java, Python etc Proven ability in backend or full stack development Strong coding skills Strong problem solving and coding skills (Ideally Java) Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. Develop software systems with testability, scalability and manageability in mind. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with other Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Functions is a plus. Come work with us!
