About This Role

Circles is hiring a Marketing Campaign Associate to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility. You will play a hands-on role across campaign coordination, content delivery, and performance tracking.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline channels
  • Assist with campaign briefs, timelines, asset management, and internal coordination
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product launches and business priorities

Content Coordination

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop campaign assets such as emails, banners, landing pages, and social posts
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all touchpoints

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or Amplitude
  • Assist in compiling post-campaign reports with key metrics like CTR, CAC, ROAS, and learnings
  • Contribute to performance reviews and testing initiatives to inform future campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product, growth, commercial, and customer service teams to support promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
  • Participate in campaign retrospectives to improve executional effectiveness

What You Have

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or campaign support role
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (e.g., funnel metrics, CTR, ROAS)
  • Proficient in organizing deliverables and timelines across multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with campaign platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
  • Ability to perform basic image editing or creative adjustments using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma without full reliance on a designer
  • Experience using AI tools or AI-powered creative platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to support content creation, ideation, or campaign efficiency
  • Prior experience in a tech or digital-first consumer brand is advantageous
