We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Lead

Sales Operations

to join our Sales Operations team. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our sales data infrastructure and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the

sales lifecycle

, from lead generation through contract execution, and will be familiar with key sales documentation such as

Statements of Work (SOWs)

and

Master Services Agreements (MSAs)

. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data supports scalable, efficient, and compliant sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for CRM and sales data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data standards.
  • Maintain and monitor CRM data, ensuring it reflects ongoing sales activity and business processes across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Perform routine quality checks to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, and duplications with CRM Data
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support data-related needs and initiatives.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales data processes and workflows.
  • Support the development and enforcement of data governance practices and documentation.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership using internal reporting tools.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide CRM support and guidance to sales team members to ensure data integrity.
  • Continuously improve data processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
  • Apply working knowledge of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to contract execution and billing.

  • Understand and support data management related to sales agreements such as SOWs, MSAs, and other customer contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with CRM systems and sales data (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Workday, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality.
  • Solid understanding of data governance practices and sales data flows.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales lifecycle and familiarity with standard sales documentation (e.g., SOWs, MSAs).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations relevant to sales data.
