As we expand, we seek a Sales Head to lead business growth by selling B2B marketing solutions, events as a service, and lead generation services to IT and enterprise companies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry connections, deep B2B marketing acumen, and a go-getter attitude to close high-value marketing and event deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for B2B marketing solutions, event marketing services, and lead generation campaigns.
- Create customized marketing and event solutions that align with client objectives for brand awareness, demand generation, and sales pipeline acceleration.
- Build a strong sales pipeline with key B2B decision-makers, IT companies, and enterprise marketing heads.
2. Selling Events as a Service to B2B & IT Companies
- Position EMPOR’s event marketing solutions (CXO roundtables, executive summits, networking events, and virtual events) as strategic engagement tools for IT and B2B enterprises.
- Consult with clients on their event objectives, crafting custom event marketing strategies that drive audience acquisition and lead conversion.
- Sell end-to-end event execution services, from concept to audience curation, content, logistics, and post-event engagement.
- Ensure high attendance and ROI for client events through effective marketing and outreach strategies.
3. Selling Lead Generation Services to B2B Enterprises
- Sell lead generation campaigns and demand generation solutions that help IT and B2B companies drive high-quality leads.
- Identify client pain points and provide tailored lead acquisition strategies, ensuring strong pipeline growth and measurable conversions.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop data-driven lead generation strategies using digital marketing, email outreach, and targeted campaigns.
- Ensure lead quality and conversion-focused approaches that maximize ROI for clients.
4. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, engage, and close deals with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and decision-makers across industries such as technology, finance, and SaaS.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and cross-selling opportunities across marketing, events, and lead generation.
5. Marketing Innovation & Solution Development
- Conceptualize innovative marketing, event, and lead generation solutionstailored to different industries and client goals.
- Collaborate with the content and digital teams to develop high-value demand generation campaigns and event marketing strategies.
6. Sales Pitches & High-Impact Presentations
- Develop and present persuasive proposals showcasing EMPOR’s expertise in event marketing, lead generation, and audience acquisition.
- Utilize exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills to craft compelling sales presentations for high-value prospects.
- Customize sales pitches for B2B marketing campaigns, digital lead generation, and event solutions.
7. Market Expansion & Industry Engagement
- Conduct market research to identify trends and proactively seize new business opportunities in B2B marketing, lead generation, and event marketing.
- Represent EMPOR at industry conferences, networking events, and marketing summits to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
8. Extensive Travel & Client Engagement
- Travel extensively for client meetings, sales presentations, and event marketing discussions.
- Engage in face-to-face relationship building with senior marketing leaders to establish credibility and trust.

- Proven track record in selling B2B marketing solutions, event marketing services, and lead generation campaigns to IT and enterprise clients (Minimum of 10 years in B2B sales and marketing).
- Strong network of CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Enterprise Decision-Makers in B2B and IT sectors.
- Expertise in high-touch, engagement-driven event marketing for demand generation and brand building.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills to craft high-quality, persuasive sales presentations.
- Experience in negotiating sponsorship deals and strategic event partnerships.
- Willingness to travel extensively to pitch solutions and engage with clients as well as for client events.
