The Brand and Communication person will be responsible for developing and executing strategic branding and communication initiatives that strengthen the organization's market position, build brand equity, and drive engagement with target audiences. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in brand management, public relations, digital marketing, and content creation to deliver impactful campaigns that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions the company as a market leader in the US B2B space.
• Define brand messaging, value proposition, and storytelling frameworks to drive brand recognition and differentiation.
• Oversee brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints, including marketing materials, executive communication, and media engagement.
• Collaborate with C-suite leadership to align brand strategy with overall business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, PR, social media, and experiential marketing.
• Develop and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies, leveraging SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
• Drive thought leadership and executive branding initiatives, positioning the company as an industry authority.
• Oversee content strategy for whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and video storytelling to engage high-level B2B decision-makers.
• Manage relationships with US-based PR agencies to secure media coverage, brand partnerships, and industry recognition.
• Oversee prereleases, media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management.
• Develop strategic communication frameworks to enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Define KPIs for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, ensuring measurable ROI on marketing efforts.
• Utilize marketing automation tools(HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Drive customer insights and market research to inform future branding and communication strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing brand and communication steam.
• Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and customer-centric marketing.
• 15+ years of experience in B2B brand strategy, marketing communication, and digital campaigns, with a strong focus on the US market.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital ,social, content, PR, and paid media.
• Strong expertise in brand storytelling, corporate communication, and executive branding.
• Experience in managing US-based PR agencies, media partnerships, and influencer marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, including automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in SaaS, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Technology is preferred
