We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global HR Head to lead our global human resource function. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global HR leadership, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Develop and execute a global HR strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across all regions.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRMS and other HR technology platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of HR systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive process automation and digital HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Provide strategic insights on HR analytics and workforce planning through technology adoption.
• Oversee HR operations across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with US and international labor laws.
• Standardize and streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Lead global employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Oversee global recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Implement workforce planning initiatives to ensure talent readiness for business growth.
Strengthen employer branding and enhance the employee value proposition.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee performance management frameworks to drive productivity and accountability.
• Identify and implement leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Design and manage competitive global compensation and benefits structures.
• Ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs across regions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of HR leadership experience with a focus on global HR operations and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in HRMS implementation and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of US and international labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Expertise in managing HR functions across multiple countries and regions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Experience in HR technology, process automation, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Experience in working with diverse teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data-driven decision-making.
