We’re a multi-disciplinary agency delivering cutting-edge marketing, branding, political campaigns, SaaS platforms, and business storytelling. We’re looking for a Top-End Graphic Designer with a bold visual sense, UI understanding, and an obsession with detail and brand impact.

Role Description

This is an internship hybrid role for a Graphic Designer at GBJ BUZZ. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography. This hybrid role is based in Nagpur but allows for some work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-converting social media creatives, ads, landing pages, and reels/posters for performance marketing.
• Build visually stunning brand kits, UI design elements, and pitch decks that align with strategy.
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and dev teams to translate ideas into strong visual narratives.
• Lead branding visuals for corporate clients, political leaders, luxury brands, and SaaS products.
• Handle end-to-end design execution: concept, layout, revision, mockups, and final delivery.
• Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics, and AI tools to push creative boundaries.

1. Conceptualize & Execute High-Impact Visuals:

•Translate briefs into bold, original designs that are brand-aligned and emotionally resonant.

•Develop high-converting creatives for ads, landing pages, reels, carousels, banners, and presentations.

2.Own Brand Identity Across Projects:

•Build and maintain consistent visual identities for our clients (corporates, startups, political leaders, and luxury brands).

•Lead logo design, typography system, color palette creation, and visual language design for various industries.

3.Design for Performance & Conversion:

•Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to produce designs that generate clicks, engagement, and leads.

•Constantly test visuals for CTRs, audience retention, scroll rate, and conversions—not just aesthetics.

4.Lead Multi-Platform Design Campaigns:

•Develop complete visual campaigns for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Websites, and Print.

•Own design rollout calendars, versioning, and platform-wise adaptation.

5.Integrate Motion, Reels & 2.5D Design (Preferred):

•Create storyboard-style motion reels, transitions, or animated visuals for enhanced engagement (preferred, not mandatory).

•Collaborate with video editors to sync motion and design flawlessly.

6.UI & Digital Product Design (Basic Level):

•Support UI team with layout design, iconography, mobile-first visuals, banners, and onboarding graphics in Figma/Adobe XD.

7.Collaborate Across Teams:

•Work closely with content writers, marketers, tech developers, and account managers to deliver campaign-aligned visuals.

•Contribute ideas during brainstorming, bring design logic to strategy conversations.

8.Mockups & Presentation Ready Assets:

•Design print-ready mockups, product shots, 3D compositions, and high-quality commercial assets for clients and internal decks.

9.Maintain File Hygiene & Asset Libraries:

•Organize editable files, maintain component libraries, and ensure delivery of open files when needed for scaling/collaboration.

10.Continuously Innovate & Upskill:

• Keep up with global design trends, AI-powered tools (like Midjourney, Runway), and conversion psychology in visuals.

•Push GBJ BUZZ’s creative standards forward through experimentation and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design skills
• Branding and Typography skills
• Experience in creating visual elements for digital and print media
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Knowledge of current design trends
• Interest in marketing and technology integration

Skills & Tools Required:

• Mastery in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva
• Strong portfolio in branding, social media, ad creatives, motion reels, UI elements
• Bonus: 3D/CGI/Blender, UI/UX understanding, HTML basics
• Good communication skills for team collaboration & client understanding

Must-Have Qualities:

• Strong eye for typography, spacing, layout, visual balance
• Ability to work under pressure and hit aggressive creative deadlines
• Proactive ownership of projects and creative quality
• Obsessed with creating scroll-stopping and conversion-focused visuals
• Experience with political, luxury, or tech brands is a huge plus

Experience :

Fresher and Experience, years of core graphic design experience

(Agency/branding studio/SaaS/startup background preferred)
