Key Responsibilities


Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Pitch and sell GBJ BUZZ’s full suite of services:

    Digital Marketing

    ,

    Custom SaaS Platforms

    ,

    PaaS Solutions

    , and

    Tech-based Branding

    .
  • Own and exceed

    monthly/quarterly revenue targets

    through hardcore B2B and institutional selling.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, digital outreach, referrals, and on-ground networking.
  • Drive product demos and presentations to CXOs, decision-makers, and political teams.


Client Discovery & Technical Mapping

  • Understand client pain points, technical challenges, and business objectives.
  • Map the right GBJ BUZZ solution (product/service) to the client’s need with clear ROI.
  • Translate

    business problems into solution statements

    —partnering with product and tech teams for customizations.


Proposal, Pricing & Closure

  • Prepare SOWs, quotations, and commercial proposals in coordination with strategy teams.
  • Negotiate confidently with CXOs, procurement heads, and campaign managers.
  • Manage the entire

    deal lifecycle

    —from first contact to final handover.


CRM, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain updated pipeline reports and lead status using CRM tools.
  • Submit weekly dashboards, client meeting reports, and conversion ratios.
  • Forecast accurately based on market intelligence and past closures.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (preferred: Tech + Sales combo).
  • Freshers+Experience years of experience in solution sales, B2B software, or digital marketing services.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS, UI/UX, marketing funnels, or branding services.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and closing skills.
  • Fluent in

    English, Hindi, and Marathi

    (preferred for regional operations).
  • High energy, self-starter, resilient mindset, and field-ready approach.
