Generative AI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models using Python and Flask, tailored for real-time and batch processing.
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Vertex AI, for training, hosting, and managing machine learning models.
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
• Write and fine-tune prompts for Generative AI models ensuring alignment with application-specific goals.
• Create APIs/endpoints for seamless model integration using Flask and RESTful design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define and deliver GenAI-powered solutions.
• Present findings, models, and technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of overall experience in AI/ML domain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in Generative AI applications.
• Proven hands-on experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI, AI Platform, and related ML services.
• Strong Python programming skills, including development of Flask-based APIs.
• Experience with RAG, vector search engines, and embedding models.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and application of LLMs in production.
• Familiarity with deep learning techniques and transformer-based architectures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
• Experience with tools like LangChain, OpenAI API, or LLamaIndex.
• Proficiency in data visualization and data analysis for monitoring model performance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML models and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
