Job Title: ERP Manager – Higher Education Sector Location: [Sangareddy] Job Type: [Full-time] Department: IT / ERP Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Manager with a background in implementing, managing, and supporting ERP systems in universities or colleges. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, deployment, and day-to-day operations of the institution’s ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with academic and administrative objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems tailored to the needs of academic institutions. Manage and support modules related to student information systems (SIS), finance, HR, admissions, and academic records. Collaborate with departments including Admissions, Finance, Registrar’s Office, and HR to understand their ERP-related requirements and challenges. Ensure ERP data integrity, security, and compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards. Manage user access controls, backups, and performance tuning. Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ERP system. Train faculty and staff on ERP functionalities, providing user support and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system customization and technical support. Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and user guides. Utilize MS Office tools to manage ERP-related reports, workflows, and communications. Leverage cloud-based ERP and iCloud applications for improved performance and accessibility. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in ERP systems implementation and support within a higher education environment. Strong understanding of ERP modules related to academic and administrative processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and communication. Expertise in ERP Management and troubleshooting Knowledge of cloud-based applications and iCloud solutions for ERP integration. Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems, in a higher education environment. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in data migration, ERP customization, and workflow automation. Understanding of academic operations, accreditation standards, and student lifecycle management. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the education sector.
