Requirement
ME / M Tech – Mechanical – (Thermal )3-4 years of experience in Product Design and Development of compressor or any other rotating machines applied primarily in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or any other applications with Hands on experience in handling mid to complex projects demanding high proficiency in Mechanical Design/Thermal EngineeringStrong analytical & Design skills in Structural/Thermal Engineering and Hands on Theoretical calculationsVery keen on Creativity and Innovation and self-motivated to drive innovationProficient in applying the technical understanding and design principles to the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product testingExperience in using Engineering tools like DFMEA, DFM&A, VAVE, DOEExperience in Project ManagementExperience in manufacturing process & ability to corelate manufacturing requirements with design is mustExcellent communication and interpersonal skills ; Well conversant with presentation through MS tools and experience of presentationExcellent command over English language both written and verbalHigh on Problem Solving & Decision MakingPositive Attitude &Team PlayerCreative & Affinity to learn new things
