Job Description

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy in alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Regularly review and update the strategy to stay relevant and effective.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Ensure the content is aligned with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, customers, and prospects on social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
  • Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the performance of campaigns, content, and overall social media efforts. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and features to maximise brand exposure.
  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement. Identify and onboard suitable influencers for the company's campaigns.
  • Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle social media crises promptly and effectively, ensuring brand reputation is protected and potential negative impacts are minimised.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, customer support, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive brand representation across all channels.
  • Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy in alignment with the company's marketing goals and target audience segments.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant email content, including newsletters, and product/solution updates.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Segment email lists based on customer behaviour, demographics, industry and preferences. Implement targeted email campaigns to deliver personalised content to different audience segments.
  • Automation and Sequences: Set up and manage email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and sequences to deliver the right message at the right time in the customer journey. Hands-on experience in software like Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Email Deliverability: Monitor and maintain high deliverability rates by managing bounces, unsubscribes, and spam complaints. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
  • List Management: Manage the email customer database, regularly cleaning and updating contact lists to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyse key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM): Implement personalised content for relevant target groups to enhance engagement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates. Coordinate with other marketing team members to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
