● Identifying, creating, and leading sales opportunities for financial growth and increasing the clientele base of the company ● Maintain relationships with clients, arrange meetings and address their needs effectively. ● Conduct research to identify new markets/geographies for doing events and promoting the talent pool of the company. ● Strong ability to pursue sponsorships for social media pages and artists of the company. ● Prepare sales contracts in line with the established rules. ● Prepare a report for keeping track of revenue, invoices, etc. ● Work with senior management to minimise potential risks arising from contracts. Qualifications and skills ● Degree/certifications in any related field (business, marketing, communications) ● Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a business development executive or a relevant role preferably in a digital marketing, media, or entertainment company. ● Sound understanding of the media/entertainment segment and market knowledge. ● Good time management and planning skills ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills – verbal, written, e-mail and telephone. ● Experience in the use of relevant tools such as Excel or other relevant software ● Ability to build long-term relationships with clientele.
