Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and performance. In this role, you’ll lead and execute data-driven digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and Social Media platforms. Your goal: drive organic and paid traffic, generate quality leads, and boost engagement across channels. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

SEO

• Develop and implement advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and website audits
• Optimise website content, structure, and speed to improve rankings and conversions
• Execute link-building campaigns and manage content outreach
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

LinkedIn Marketing

• Plan and execute LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting specific B2B segments
• Create and manage Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, and InMail Ads
• Use LinkedIn Insight Tag and Campaign Manager for performance tracking
• Optimise for leads, engagement, and cost-efficiency

🔍 SEM (Google Ads / PPC)

• Run and optimise Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
• Perform keyword planning, bid management, and conversion tracking
• Improve CTR, Quality Score, and ROI through continuous testing and refinement

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with campaign goals
• Coordinate with designers and writers for creative assets
• Monitor engagement, manage community interactions, and run paid promotions

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and social media
• Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Experience building and scaling campaigns with measurable success
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong analytical mindset with reporting capabilities
• Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and content collaboration tools

💡 Bonus Points

• Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, HubSpot, etc.
• Experience with ABM or B2B marketing
• Basic design and content writing capabilities
• Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)
