Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Solution Architect

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Kochi

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformation and modernization initiatives. The role involves designing secure, scalable, high-performance solutions on Microsoft Azure, aligning cloud strategies with business objectives, and guiding teams through cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end Azure architectures for enterprise workloads.
Lead cloud migration, modernization, and greenfield deployment projects using Azure services.
Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance across Azure environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.
Optimize performance, availability, and cost of cloud solutions.
Mentor developers, cloud engineers, and solution teams on Azure best practices.
Work with stakeholders and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Azure solution architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, and security services.
Expertise in hybrid and cloud-native architecture design.
Deep understanding of Azure networking, security controls, and governance (RBAC, Policies, Key Vault).
Proficiency in DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub, and YAML pipelines.
Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Microsoft CAF, or Well-Architected Framework.
Experience in multi-region deployments, high availability setups, and disaster recovery.
Knowledge of Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Logic Apps.
Exposure to containerization platforms like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
Working knowledge of Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and analytics services.
Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government domains.
Experience conducting technical workshops, architecture governance, and solution reviews.

Certification Requirement:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Must be active).
