Job Title: CRM Dynamics 365 - Techno Functional ConsultantExperience: 4+YearsLocation: RemoteNotice Period: Immediate Joiners Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CRM Dynamics 365 Developer to design, implement, and enhance CRM solutions for Sales and Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, developing customized solutions, and integrating CRM with other enterprise systems.Responsibilities:Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for Sales and Customer Service.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Plugins.Develop and integrate CRM solutions with third-party applications and enterprise systems.Enhance customer service processes, case management, and automation workflows within CRM.Lead data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives.Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for CRM solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM adoption and business process improvements.Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in CRM implementation.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in CRM Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.Expertise in CRM solutions strategy and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM).Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Plugins development.Experience with case management, workflow automation, and CS enhancements.Hands-on experience with data migration, system integration, and performance optimization.Familiarity with security compliance and CRM best practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification.Experience with Azure, Power BI, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
