The role requires strong skills in web development, analytics solutions, and implementation support. The selected candidate will work closely with various teams, both internally and with external IT partners across different regions and organizations.Responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting business applications, as well as maintaining scalable web applications. This position covers all stages of the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Design and develop robust front-end and back-end components using .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks (ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API)
Ensure seamless integration between UI and backend services.
Design and maintain SQL Server databases and write complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Automate workflows using Power Automate.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver intuitive, scalable low-Create responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React.
Integrate front-end components with backend APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Build scalable APIs and services using C# and .NET Core.

Ongoing Web Application & Business Apps Support

Provide day-to-day support for existing web and business applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor application health, perform routine maintenance, and resolve production issues promptly.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and implement enhancements.

Agile & Collaboration

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Lead and guide outsourced and internal IT teams to meet delivery goals.

Communication

Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely issue resolution.

Quality & Best Practices

Follow coding standards and design patterns.
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with emerging technologies in .NET and front-end development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in technical consulting role.
Proficiency in C#/VB.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and SQL Server.
Experience with SSIS, ETL, and data warehousing.
Proven track record in end-to-end development and deployment of web applications, dashboards, and data solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for technology and continuous learning.
