The Role Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the architecture, interior design, and related markets. Market Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the architecture and interior design sectors to identify potential clients and tailor sales strategies that align with their needs. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Understand their projects and offer home automation solutions that enhance their designs. Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, showing how our home automation solutions can be seamlessly integrated into design and architecture projects. Technical Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of the electrical industry to effectively communicate with electrical contractors and ensure smooth implementation of solutions. Networking & Lead Generation: Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to network with potential clients and generate leads. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on meeting client needs while achieving company sales goals. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, technical, and customer support teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction. Ideal Profile Key Requirements Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the home automation, architecture, interior design, or electrical industries. Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of the architecture and interior design markets, including client needs and project timelines. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and how they integrate with home automation technology. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Passionate about technology and design integration.
