HR & Admin Role: Overview The HR & Admin professional is responsible for managing the organization’s human resources and administrative operations. This role ensures smooth functioning across recruitment, compliance, payroll, documentation, and day-to-day administration. Key Responsibilities 1. Human Resource Management Recruitment & onboarding of employees and interns Maintaining employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files) Managing payroll, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances Performance appraisals and employee evaluation support Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions Organizing training, team-building, and development programs 2. Administrative Management Overseeing office infrastructure, supplies, and vendor management Ensuring the upkeep of office facilities (cleanliness, utilities, safety) Managing company assets (laptops, ID cards, access cards, etc.) Coordinating travel, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff Maintaining documentation (contracts, company policies, NDAs) 3. Compliance & Policy Enforcement Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed Supporting audits and legal documentation needs Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR data 4. Communication & Coordination Acting as a point of contact between management and employees Supporting inter-departmental communication Drafting notices, circulars, and company-wide communications Key Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software (e.g., Zoho, Keka) Knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance Organizational and multitasking ability Problem-solving mindset with a professional demeanor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time) Employee retention rate Accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing Compliance adherence score Internal satisfaction surveys (admin & HR support) Training sessions conducted and attendance rates Show more Show less
