Must Have Skills:

• PowerShell and Python module expertise, Bash Shell Scripting

Good to Have Skills:

• Ansible along with Windows and Linux platform understanding

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows for routine Windows Server tasks, including user management, patching, and system configuration.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and modules for Active Directory administration, including user and group management, GPO management, and security configurations.
• Automate DNS and DHCP management tasks.
• Virtualization: Knowledge of VMware Technologies
• Develop and deploy automation solutions for Citrix Cloud environment management, including application publishing, desktop delivery, and infrastructure scaling.
• Automate NetScaler configuration and management tasks, including load balancing, traffic management, and security policies.
• Implement and maintain automated logic monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for Commvault backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and efficient backup operations and reporting.
• Utilize Python scripting extensively to develop custom automation solutions and integrate various infrastructure components.
• Design and implement automation for VMware and Nutanix virtualization platforms, including provisioning, scaling, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain Bash scripts for Linux-based automation tasks.
• Use REST APIs to integrate automation with third-party platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, NetScaler, VMware).
• Understanding of Cloud platform (AWS/Azure)
• Basic understanding of Active-Directory, VMware, Nutanix and Network.
• Good knowledge of DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment is an added advantage.

Linux Automation:

• Automate configuration and deployment of Linux services like Apache, Nginx, SSH, cron jobs, and syslog.
• Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, BASH, Ruby) and understanding of coding principles.
• Design and develop automation scripts for managing Linux server operations (e.g., patching, user provisioning, backups).
• Create tools to automate monitoring, reporting, and alerting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
