Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and enhancing our organizational culture. This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, compliance, employee engagement initiatives, and statutory responsibilities such as ESI, PF, and other benefits administration to foster a productive and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines, focusing on sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
  • Conduct orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing grievances, and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms and surveys.

Performance Management & Development:

  • Assist in implementing performance management systems, including annual appraisals, KPIs, and individual development plans.
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external training sessions.
  • Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to enhance employees' skill sets and career growth.

Compliance, ESI, PF & Policy Management:

  • Administer and ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations, including accurate record-keeping and timely submission of contributions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits-related data.
  • Update and review HR policies and employee handbooks to align with industry standards and legal requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage payroll processing in coordination with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, provident fund, ESI, and other statutory benefits.
  • Conduct periodic compensation analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and retention of key talent.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate and present HR metrics and analytics, covering areas such as turnover, recruitment, training hours, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
  • Provide insights to middle management for strategic HR decisions based on data trends and industry benchmarks.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in core HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations and statutory compliance (including ESI, PF).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliances, employee benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll processing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytical skills for generating detailed HR reports and insights, with the ability to manage multiple HR projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
