Role Overview

AI Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Study deep functional problems across client domains and conceptualize effective AI/IT solutions in close consultation with internal technical teams.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Translate business objectives into structured workflows, use cases, and solution blueprints for AI-led transformation.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and validation of

  Agentic AI-based automation flows

  , involving task decomposition, intelligent agents, and adaptive execution.
• Create workflow diagrams, UI mockups, and system visuals using tools like Figma and Miro to support solution design and user alignment.
• Liaise between business and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate feedback loops, and enable seamless system adoption.
• Present findings, solution proposals, and performance insights using clear and compelling narratives in PowerPoint or dashboard formats.
• Track post-deployment performance and recommend improvements based on KPIs and user feedback.

Required Skills & Expertise

1. Software Industry Experience (Mandatory):

   Proven track record in software/tech-driven environments, with a working understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

2. Information Structuring (Very Important):

   Proven ability to organize unstructured information into structured, navigable forms like mind maps or decision trees.

3. AI Fluency (Very Important):

   Exposure to Generative AI concepts, Agentic AI frameworks, or Prompt Engineering.

4. Communication & Storytelling (Very Important):

   Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint for narrative design and stakeholder presentations.

5. Meta-Modelling & Schema Design (Desirable):

   Strong experience creating information schemas, ontologies, and taxonomies to support AI and system design. Familiarity with

   Description Logic

   or semantic web standards (OWL, RDF, SHACL) is highly desirable.(Knowledge Representation)

6. Business Process Mapping:

   Ability to model workflows and identify automation levers in domains like BFSI, Healthcare, or Consumer Services using swimlane diagrams, BPMN standards, etc.

7. Data-Driven Insighting (Important):

   Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable business recommendations.

8. Tools:

   Hands-on experience with Miro, Asana, JIRA, and Confluence; familiarity with Excel and basic data visualization tools (a plus).

9. Wireframing & Visualization:

   Basic proficiency in Figma for crafting UI sketches and visualizing process flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from IIT or IIM, or other Tier-1 institutions.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in the software industry
• Proven success in driving process optimization, automation, or AI-led transformation initiatives
