Accounts and MIS Coordinator

Location:

Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site, Full-time)

Salary Range:

₹4,20,000 - ₹ 5,40,000 per annum (based on experience and skillset)

Accounts & MIS Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Sales Coordination

1. Follow up with the sales team on outstanding client payments.
2. Maintain real-time tracking of all receivables using Excel/MIS dashboards.
3. Send reminders and follow-ups to clients as per payment schedules.
4. Coordinate advance, milestone, and final payment tracking.
5. Ensure all billing aligns with sales commitments and client contracts.

Invoice Generation & Documentation

1. Prepare and share GST-compliant invoices with clients.
2. Maintain invoice logs with payment status.
3. Ensure timely issue of credit/debit notes, if required.
4. Handle TDS certificates and reconciliation from clients.
5. Maintain soft and hard copies of all invoicing documentation.

MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
2. Create dashboards and visual trackers for leadership.
3. Analyze trends in receivables and payment delays.
4. Present receivables aging reports and client-wise breakups.
5. Assist in creating projections and cash inflow forecasts.

Cash Handling & Cash Flow Management

1. Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows.
2. Manage petty cash records and replenishment.
3. Record all transactions with supporting evidence.
4. Maintain cash register and daily reconciliation.
5. Assist in preparing bank deposits and withdrawals.

Accounting Support

1. Support journal entries and voucher preparations.
2. Coordinate with external accountant/auditor if required.
3. Ensure all data is updated in accounting software (if applicable).
4. Assist in tax calculations and returns filing preparations.
5. Maintain vendor payment schedules if assigned.

Internal Controls & Audits

1. Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
2. Flag discrepancies and report concerns proactively.
3. Assist in audits and provide required documentation.

Data Management & Reporting

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and files.
2. Create monthly P&L data drafts and summaries for leadership.
3. Collaborate with ERP/CRM teams for integration and reports.
4. Monitor client-wise and project-wise profitability.
5. Back up data periodically and ensure data integrity.

Administrative & Cross-Team Support

1. Act as the single point of contact between Accounts and Sales teams.
2. Provide daily updates to leadership on receivables status.
3. Attend review meetings with relevant data.
4. Maintain confidentiality and be proactive in handling sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or Accounting

• Certifications (Preferred):

• Tally, MS Excel Certification, GST Filing, MIS Training

• Experience:

• 3–5 years in a similar Accounts & MIS role, preferably in a manufacturing or design-based company.
• Experience working closely with sales teams is a must.

• Skills Required:

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
• Trustworthy with handling cash and sensitive financial data
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
