User Experience Designer

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our product and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and will be responsible for enhancing user experiences across web and mobile applications through research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be responsible for?

• Understand business and user needs to translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user while considering business goals and technical constraints.
• Design for responsiveness and accessibility across various devices and platforms.
• Maintain design consistency across products while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs.
• Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What you'd have?

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS or product-based companies.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
