Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Design: Lead and manage the core design team to create user-centered designs that prioritize functionality, usability, and an intuitive user experience.
• Understand User Requirements & Business Goals: Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, project goals, and the vision for the platform, translating business objectives into compelling, user-friendly design solutions.
• Design High-Fidelity User Interfaces: Create polished, production-ready designs that are visually appealing and align with modern standards.
• Collaborate on Design Strategy: Provide design insights and contribute to discussions on user flows, navigation, and layout.
• Continuous Improvement: Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving business requirements to ensure the product stays fresh and modern.

Qualifications:

• Great sense and knowledge about user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Hands On Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity designs and working prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, functional interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for social change and community building.
