User Experience Designer

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the HighRadius products ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product experience
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs and accessible digital interfaces
• Produce exceptional, user-focused designs and digital interfaces that are accessible.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, to shape design and execution
• Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration

Qualifications

• Has at least 3+ years relevant design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products/FinTech products
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted experiences
• Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to help drive product direction
• Demonstrated ability to wrangle lots of competing priorities, points of views, as well as user and business needs to come up with scalable solution
• Eye for detail and the ability to continuously iterate to make design better
