Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned product areas, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and definition to release and iteration.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to understand architectural requirements, system constraints, and timelines. Help prioritize technical debt, scalability improvements, and performance enhancements.
• Roadmap & Strategy: Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather and analyze requirements. Translate them into detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• User-Centered Design: Partner with the UX/UI design team to ensure that product features are user-friendly, visually appealing, and solve real problems for end users.
• Agile Execution: Run sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with the engineering team. Ensure timely delivery of product releases and features.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to measure product performance, understand user behavior, and inform product decisions. Monitor KPIs and define success metrics.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product development. Keep them informed of progress, timelines, and any roadblocks.
• Product Evangelism: Train internal teams on new product features, support sales with demos, and help drive go-to-market initiatives. Represent the product internally and externally.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
• Strong technical background or the ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and visual.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
