The essence of the role

Design and develop automation workflows, solutions, and processes using Chatlayer
Design, develop, test, and support the implementation of Chatbot solutions in support of business requirements, software, and industry best practices using the Chatlayer,
Implement bot best practices and ensure compliance with security and data protection guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and bots.
Conduct testing and quality assurance of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Who are you?

Experience as a Power Automate Developer or any other tool or in a similar role.
Worked on full bot development, end-to-end.
Knowledge of workflow design and documentation.
Ability to analyse and optimize business processes for automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
In depth integration with REST( JSON) / SOAP API or any third party integrations via API

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 0-6 Months
Educational Qualification: BSc. (Computer Science)/BCA

Big plus!

Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP / SOAP / SAML / Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/ SSL / TSL / HTTP and HTTPS / URIs / DNS / SSO / IDM will be great advantage.
Knowledge of JavaScript.
