NAPosition PurposeThis role is for a ServiceNow Integration Analyst responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Assess current processes to suggest improvements to business.
- Design, test, and follow the implementation of APIs and integrations to support business applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Work with development teams to ensure that APIs and integrations are properly integrated into applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for APIs and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APIs and integrations
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that APIs and integrations meet quality and security standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in API and integration development
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with company standards and best practice
- Record, track, and report integration performance.
- Train the production support team for incident management and integration monitoring.
- Governance of roles to ensure access and revoke are managed.
Contributing Responsibilities
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Single Sign-On technologies, SQL relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile framework.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Specific Qualifications (if Required)
- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience of working on ServiceNow Integration projects (latest platform version).
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification mandatory.
- Good to have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
