Portal Link : https://bwelcome.hr.bnpparibas/su/d5e18ee45f18d83d (Job Id - BNP024625 ) Responsibilities Expert in Java technologies to lead the team with the technical guidance, solutions and fixes Should be in the position to understand the technical challenges and provide the solutions Lead and report on development activity trend Manage the configuration management for each release Coordinate with production Teams as applicable for quicker resolution of issues/incidents whilst ensuring the timely communications to all stakeholders Coordination internally in the team on projects, KPIs and controls. Ensuring the timely delivery of change in staging and production ecosystem as per the agreed schedule. Work closely in a one team approach with all stakeholders, jointly providing high quality deliverables Proposing application performance improvement Contributing Responsibilities : Ccontribute to overall FRESH and ISPL Vision goals as directed by Team and Department Management Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical : - Technical knowledge proven in practice of Java 8, SQL, Script Shell - Technical knowledge linked to cloud IBM - Knowledge in DevOps toolchain processing - Practice in Quality approach (Test strategy with ALM, Quality of Code with Sonar) - Agile working Method Essential : - GITLab CI ou Jenkins - Artifactory - Kuberneteses & Docker - Spring / Springboot - Unit testing, Integration testing, Acceptance testing - Angular 13 / Angular JS 7 - Apache POI/ ASPOSE / Excel - Apache Ignite Extra : - SpringCloud - Junit 4 or 5 - Cucumber - postGre - Additional skills Capability to parameterize web sites under Websphere Application Server Knowledge on API Architecture and authentication process (Certificate management) Skills & Behavioral : - Team and people management. - Ability to provide step-by-step functional and technical help, both written and verbal. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical and functional issues. - Strong skills on coordination, assignment, challenge the status quo and be proactive. - Enthusiastic to work in challenging environment. - Ability to Collaborate /Teamwork in multi-location distributed environment. - Decision Making - Rigorous, serious, and disciplined - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Client focused - Previous experience with Finance and Banking would be advantageous to the role
