Position: Supply Chain Specialist 5 Location: Bangalore Experience: 7+ years Responsibilities: Warehouse operation: - Liaise with warehouse (3rd Party Logistics), contract manufacturers and internal order fulfillment teams on shipment enquiries/schedule (both incoming and outgoing shipment). Coordinate quarterly E&O shipment from CMs/ODMs to warehouse Ensure the outgoing shipment to CMs/ODMs are on schedule and meet the CRD. Liaise with internal engineering team and component suppliers in relation to purge/defective/aged material for disposition. Monitor warehouse space consumption monthly to ensure sufficient space at all times. Review monthly warehouse management fee (settlement report) and submit PO to ensure payment on-time to warehouse. Review warehouse performance – focusing on areas of improvement. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Inventory Management: - Monitor inventory aging and working with cross-functional team on the disposition Perform quarterly scrap analysis Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and resolve the discrepancy with the warehouse and Juniper finance team. Support Finance SOX requirements i.e. yearly inventory audit System Transaction:- Post SAP transaction on timely manner to ensure inventory accuracy. PGI Inventory movement Scrap PO creation to CMs/ODMs for quarterly E&O and component suppliers Maintaining PO Delivery Date Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of synthesizing multiple sources and large amount of data. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external multi-cultural teams. SAP/Microsoft Office/Tableau/Power BI or other Analytics Platforms Qualifications and Experience Levels: A relevant bachelor’s degree in business/commercial or manufacturing degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Working experience in contract manufacturing industry is preferable.
