Sr-Software Engineer-Battery

Job Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr- Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating battery, power, and thermal performance of electronic devices, with a focus on scripting and hardware understanding. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer with 2-5 years of experience to grow their skills and contribute to the development of innovative products. Work Experience Key Responsibilities: Battery, Power, and Thermal Validation: Design and execute validation tests to ensure battery, power, and thermal performance meet product requirements. Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Scripting and Automation: Develop scripts using languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW to automate testing and data analysis. Create and maintain tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Hardware Understanding: Familiarize yourself with electronic device architecture and components. Troubleshoot hardware issues related to battery, power, and thermal performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements: Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in battery, power, and thermal validation, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW. Experience with electronic device architecture and components. Knowledge of testing and validation principles. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Nice to Have: Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Test Engineer. Experience with: Electronic design automation (EDA) tools, simulation software, or thermal analysis tools.
