Hello, We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive.... Experience: 2+ Yrs Salary: UP TO 30K Location: Sec 49, Gurgaon Responsibilities: Facebook Marketing: Plan, create, and execute Facebook marketing campaigns to promote our contract manufacturing services and beauty products. Optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to increase lead generation, conversions, and engagement, focusing on cost-effective strategies. Analyze performance metrics using Facebook Analytics and Ads Manager to continuously optimize ampaigns and meet business objectives. Stay updated on the latest Facebook tools, algorithms, and trends to enhance ad performance. YouTube Marketing: Create and manage YouTube marketing strategies that promote our brand and showcase client success stories, product manufacturing capabilities, and innovation. Develop compelling video content, including tutorials, behind-the-scenes, and product demonstrations, tailored to target audiences in the beauty industry. Utilize YouTube Ads to increase brand visibility and reach new clients in the cosmetics sector. Leverage YouTube Analytics to measure campaign success, adjust strategies, and drive higher engagement. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead the SEO strategy for our website and digital content, focusing on improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz, and create reports to track improvements. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and other web content. WhatsApp Marketing: Develop and implement WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with potential clients, beauty brands, and industry partners. Manage customer inquiries, product updates, and promotions via WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Build and maintain WhatsApp groups for direct communication with clients, sharing industry news, product launches, and updates on manufacturing capabilities. Use WhatsApp Business API and other tools to automate and streamline messaging processes for lead generation and customer support. Utilize Latest Marketing Tools & Technologies: Stay current with emerging digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns. Use automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Buffer to streamline marketing efforts and improve lead nurturing. Leverage tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and video-editing software to create high-quality content for social media, email marketing, and website updates. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continually improve the digital marketing performance. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (KPIs) for all platforms, ensuring strategies are aligned with company goals. Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, and other marketing tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Provide regular updates to the marketing team on the progress of campaigns and the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook marketing, YouTube marketing, SEO, and WhatsApp marketing. Strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WhatsApp Business API, YouTube Ads, etc.). Experience with content creation, video editing, and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). Skills:Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, YouTube marketing, SEO best practices, and WhatsApp marketing strategies. Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing campaigns and report on ROI. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools for automation, reporting, and content management. Detail-oriented, creative, and innovative, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
