Ahedge, is a fintech startup incorporated in 2023 offering technology enabled services in Risk Management. Ahedge is building its service suite along three pillars - solutions, people, and knowledge. In solutions, leading technology tools are being aggregated to offer multiple choices to our clients on a single platform without making significant efforts for integration and adoption. In people services, our platform will offer automation for staffing and skilling to optimize productivity and cost. In knowledge services, a panel of experts curated by Ahedge will offer advisory support to the clients across multiple areas in risk management and adjacent domains.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven workflows and integrate AI components into the risk management platform.
• Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead architecture design and break it into actionable development tasks.
• Oversee development in agile sprints while enforcing best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance, define coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and share feedback to improve development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless development workflows.
• Monitor and improve cloud infrastructure for scalability, availability, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong background in system architecture and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Python (experience with additional modern languages is a plus).
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (e.g., LangChain, custom AI agents) and experience in creating or orchestrating LLM-based workflows.
• Experience designing and deploying microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
• Solid grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure database solutions.
• Proven ability to lead a team, provide technical direction, and make architectural decisions.
