SEO Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute our SEO strategy. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing organic search visibility, driving website traffic, and contributing to business growth through data-driven SEO practices. This position is ideal for professionals who have a strong technical and analytical background in SEO and are eager to take ownership of impactful digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website performance. ● Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis. ● Oversee on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, URL structures, schema markup, and internal linking. ● Drive technical SEO improvements — site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexation. ● Plan and execute white-hat link-building and outreach campaigns. ● Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other platforms. ● Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web and content initiatives. ● Stay current with search engine algorithm changes and digital marketing trends, and proactively adjust strategies. ● Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, providing training and support where needed. Required Skills & Experience: ● 2–5 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house). ● Strong technical SEO knowledge — familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript impact on SEO, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). ● Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ● Experience with link-building strategies and managing outreach campaigns. ● Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and priorities effectively.
