Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager cum Recruiter to join our growing team. This role combines sales and recruitment skills — ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction and has a sharp eye for identifying the right talent. Key Responsibilities🔹 Business Development Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals). Pitch TalentNest’s recruitment and digital services to businesses and startups. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HRs, Founders, CXOs). Negotiate and close business contracts. Track business growth and meet revenue targets. 🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Understand client hiring needs and develop JDs accordingly. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Conduct initial interviews and shortlisting. Coordinate interview rounds with clients. Maintain recruitment records and client updates in CRM tools. Nice To Have Experience using recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Prior work in a startup or consultancy environment.
