About Team
- The International Omni Returns product management team at Walmart Global tech, Bengaluru, is focused on building the best omni return experiences which will help increase loyalty with Walmart across global markets.
- eCommerce is a top priority and growth area for Walmart, all set to further accelerate with creating and defining new vertical and omnichannel experiences. You can be a part of this high-growth, massive-scale, fast-paced environment, building continuous, seamless, omni-channel customer experiences across physical stores, eCommerce and mobile commerce, unique to Walmart.
- As a key part of the Omni returns product management team, you will work on some of the most challenging customer problems, work with cross functional stakeholders including engineers, data scientists, and senior executives from various functional areas to develop and execute on the product vision and roadmap for Returns.
- Such complex systems require special skills in Product Managers who are served well by a strong technical background and a strong product sense. Knowledge and comfort with data analytics and software development methodologies are helpful in this role, as well as strong communication skills
What you'll do:
- Develop short and long-term product strategies and roadmaps for Omni Returns
- Drive strategic initiatives that require working across multiple teams
- Evaluate business cases and translate business and customer requirements into product roadmaps, engineering specifications, and underlying system dependencies to deliver customer benefits and meet financial goals
- Build a culture of end-to-end ownership, efficient operating reviews, data driven decision-making, strong partnerships, and willingness to take controlled risks to achieve results
- Actively manage key business stakeholders by conducting product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and priority setting based on impact and effort
- Run competitive intelligence analytics and internal data assessments to uncover new opportunities and turn them into insights that align with company goals
- Track and run analysis of key operational returns metrics and financial performance indicators and measure progress for returns team through centralized governance
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field. MBA a huge plus
- 6-10 years in product management, digital marketing, data analytics.
- Demonstrated track record of aligning to an overarching product vision, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product execution
- Strong user experience, analytics, and technical acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teams
- Intellectually curious with a data driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Preferred Experience: MBA or top tier Management consulting experience with a technical orientation or MS with a product management orientation or 3+ years of product management experience
