Job Description

What You'll Do

Lead the
end-to-end product development
lifecycle across discovery, strategy, execution, and iteration for core consumer journeys.
Own key
B2C metrics
like activation, retention, engagement, and user growth across mobile/web platforms.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data (funnels, cohorts, heatmaps, NPS, etc.) to uncover user insights and shape product direction.
Work closely with
design, engineering, marketing, and growth teams
to build seamless and impactful user experiences.
Drive product experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid iterations to optimize for speed and learning.
Translate business goals into detailed product specs, user stories, and wireframes – ensure clarity and alignment at all levels.
Collaborate with marketing and CX to shape go-to-market strategies, user onboarding, and feedback loops.

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of total experience, with
2+ years in a B2C product management role
at a consumer internet or app-first company.
Proven track record of building and scaling user-facing products with measurable impact on engagement and growth.
Strong user empathy with a deep understanding of
consumer behavior, mobile UX, and retention mechanics
.
Experience with tools like
Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, Clevertap, SQL
, and user feedback systems.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills – ability to align across cross-functional teams.
Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a data-informed but experiment-first mindset.
