About You:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in cloud technologies, IT support, or technical support roles.

Extensive experience with GCP services, such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, VPC, and Kubernetes Engine.

Technical Skills:

Advanced understanding of GCP services and cloud architecture.

Expertise in troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing cloud resources.

Familiarity with GCP CLI, Terraform, and Cloud SDK.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, clients, and internal teams.

Ability to create clear documentation and reports.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Certifications:

Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Network Engineer (or similar certifications).

What you ‘ll do:

Advanced Technical Support: Provide support for advanced troubleshooting of GCP services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.

Incident Management & Resolution: Resolve incidents escalated from L1 engineers, managing complex issues and working directly with clients to provide timely and accurate resolutions.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of recurring issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Help manage and optimize GCP cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for client environments.

System Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the health and performance of deployed GCP services.

Configuration and Deployment Assistance: Support advanced configuration, deployment, and integration of GCP services and resources in client environments.

Security Support: Ensure compliance with security best practices, assist in vulnerability assessments, and follow the GCP security posture.

Documentation & Training: Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices. Train junior engineers and clients on GCP features and tools.
