Job Description

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be supporting existing management information systems (SFDC, IFS, Power BI) while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Your specialization lies in reporting, analytics, and driving informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems through SFDC, IFS, PowerBI and other connected systems.
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team through data analysis for generating reports on a periodical basis.
  • Drive Data Discipline & Integrity in the CRM, ERP and Reporting systems to ensure accuracy, consistencies, and timely updates.
  • With data discipline above to provide analysis on:
  • Install base by segment, sector, product and geography coverage.
  • Plant coverage and related analytics to support IMI Critical Engineering customers.
  • Commercial analysis to track customer purchase, booking per valves and relevant metrices.
  • Agent Performance tracking and driving.
  • Tracking of initiatives & campaign for Aftermarket, Global Sales Pipeline, Growth Hub and other ad hoc projects through developing required metrics and automation of the tools required
  • Design and Build of PowerBI self-serve dashboards and exception reports for global use.
  • Support Finance transformation system integration initiatives to reduce manual intervention.
  • Train and share best practice approach across function.
  • Drive use of analytics, modelling and data visualisation to guide commercial decision making
  • Enhance accuracy and timeliness of forecasting processes through utilisation of data-driven approach to bookings forecasting.
  • Support and enhance the management and tracking of individual sales targets.
  • Make recommendations to management on analytics tools and strategy.



Critical Competencies for Success

  • Develop Reports using Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in handling large volume of data a must.
  • SQL Queries – Microsoft SQL Server
  • Salesforce.com system knowhow
  • Knowledge of VBA, MS Access, desired but not necessarily and mandate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 6+ years of experience.
