Role Overview


Join our dynamic Global Marketing team within Process Automation and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing impactful marketing campaign strategies integrating PR, social media, SEO, marketing automation, and website content. This role offers the opportunity to drive central coordination of global and regional campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment with external agencies and internal stakeholders.


You'll optimise budgets, develop value-driven content to support every stage of the customer journey, and explore innovative new channels to engage evolving audiences. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the Sales Enablement team, you'll help create compelling training materials, sales aids, and value propositions - empowering our teams to deliver faster market readiness for new products and key products and services. Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Product

    &

    Service Campaigns:

    Oversee the end-to-end process of new product (Growth Hub) launches, product campaigns and service campaigns, including planning, building, executing, optimising, and eventual sunsetting. This includes value proposition articulation and the development and execution of go-to­ market plans.
  • Drive Global and Regional Marketing Plans:

    Collaborate with regional and vertical teams (Including Growth Hub) to design and implement detailed marketing plans, starting with a Test & Learn approach on local campaigns before scaling globally.
  • Manage Campaign Metrics and Budgets:

    Take ownership of campaign plans, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Enhance Product Launch Processes:

    Develop and refine the Growth Hub product launch framework, ensuring clear timelines, inputs, and deliverables while managing multiple simultaneous launches.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Understand and coordinate operational requirements across cross­ functional teams for each launch, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Sales Enablement Support:

    Partner with Sales Enablement Team and Product Management support training materials, sales tools, and supporting documentation to empower Sales teams and channel partners in effectively promoting new products and campaigns.
  • Maintain and Communicate Campaign Calendar:

    Develop and manage a comprehensive calendar of future launches and campaigns, proactively communicating timelines and processes to all stakeholders.
  • Champion Test & Learn Approaches: Advocate for incorporating early-stage marketing experimentation to refine strategies for scalable campaign rollouts.
  • Set and Track Campaign Goals:

    Define measurable campaign objectives, analyse KPls, and implement actionable strategies to optimise performance. Report on key metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and goal achievement, to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Promote Digital Marketing Excellence:

    Educate internal stakeholders on the value and application of digital marketing, driving its adoption company-wide.
  • Content Development and Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal resources and external agencies to create engaging content to support campaign development.
  • Provide Best Practices:

    Develop best practices for regional/vertical marketing and Growth Hub teams to ensure consistent execution excellence.
  • Foster Cross-Sector Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing leaders across other IMI sectors to share expertise, elevate capabilities, and nurture best practices in campaign management globally.


Critical Competencies for Success


  • B2B Marketing Expertise

    -8- 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing and campaign management, including launching new products, articulating value propositions, and generating sales leads.
  • Strategic Planning

    &

    Execution

    - Proven track record of managing complex projects, developing marketing plans, and using agile or waterfall methodologies for fast iteration and optimisation.
  • Customer-Centric Approach

    - In-depth knowledge of the B2B buyer's cycle, ability to create targeted demand-generation strategies, and develop accurate buyer personas and decision journey maps.
  • Stakeholder

    &

    Resource Management

    - Strong skills in managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working within a matrix organisation to deliver results.
  • Analytical

    &

    Problem-Solving Skills

    - Ability to track performance metrics, analyse data, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication

    &

    Collaboration

    - Excellent English written and verbal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement, training development, and creating best-practice resources.

    Travel

    - Willingness to travel occasionally to support global and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Education

    - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing, or Project Management are a plus.
