For more information you can reach on: https://www.creolestudios.com/about/ Job Description: You’ll lead a 5-7-member AI team that has enthusiasm and project experience but needs seasoned guidance to reach enterprise-grade standards. As Senior AI/ML Lead you will: design robust solution architectures, review code, research emerging techniques, develop PoCs, and mentor engineers—while confidently explaining those solutions to clients. Your mission: turn promising prototypes into production-ready ML features that consistently exceed expectations. Own solution architecture for predictive ML, LLM/Generative AI, and related services—from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring. Conduct deep-dive code & design reviews, enforcing best practices in scalability, security, and performance. Drive technical R&D and PoCs to validate new approaches, model choices, and MLOps workflows. Mentor and upskill engineers through pair-programming, brown-bag sessions, and clear growth plans. Represent the AI practice in client workshops and demos, articulating complex concepts in business-friendly language. Define and refine delivery processes (CI/CD, testing, observability) to ensure each release is production-ready. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Designers, Backend, DevOps) to ship end-to-end features on time. Requirements 5-7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering, including at least 4 years building production systems. Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; solid Node.js fundamentals. Proven track record with LLMs (e.g., GPT/Claude/Llama) and classical ML (regression, classification, forecasting, etc.) Comfort working with any major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Hands-on experience setting up or refining MLOps pipelines (model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring).
