Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our in-house Brand & Marcom team. This role focuses on growing organic traffic, improving search engine visibility, and optimizing our website performance in alignment with the company’s brand and business goals. You’ll work closely with content, design, product, and development teams to ensure our digital presence is fully optimized for both users and search engines. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution • Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive high-quality traffic. • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and optimization efforts. • Stay current with Google algorithm updates and implement changes to maintain or improve rankings. On-Page & Technical SEO • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure for SEO best practices. • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data. • Collaborate with the web development team to implement technical fixes and improvements. Off-Page SEO & Link Building • Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile. • Monitor backlinks and disavow toxic links when necessary. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog. • Generate and share SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement. Key Requirements • 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an in-house marketing or brand team. • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. • Ability to perform detailed keyword research and competitive analysis. • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have • Experience with content marketing or blog optimization. • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles. • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation. • Technical Expertise with HTML/CSS/ CodeIgniter.
