Position: SDE-1 + Instructor Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc/PhD in CS/IT Experience: Minimum 2 years of industrial experience as a developer at the core. Minimum 1 year of experience as a technical trainer or mentor. Must have the ability to handle Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) at a Competitive Programming (CP) level. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Development -Must be able to work on the assigned project in Agile (SCRUM) environment. Lecture Preparation -Design and prepare lectures based on the training program curriculum -Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in MERN stack technologies -Ensure the inclusion of real-world applications and case studies in the lecture content Lecture Facilitation -Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and hands-on coding sessions to students -Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment -Provide clear explanations, demos, and insights into the MERN stack ecosystem. Assignments, Assessments, and Projects -Create, administer, and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and coding challenges -Guide students in completing capstone projects and real-world implementation tasks -Provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and problem-solving capabilities. Content Creation -Develop comprehensive study materials, coding exercises, and practical labs. -Write detailed documentation for self-paced learning resources. -Collaborate with the curriculum design team to improve the course structure. Student Performance Ownership -Monitor and track students' progress throughout the program -Mentor students on technical and soft skills to ensure overall career readiness -Address individual learning needs and provide tailored support as needed.
